Lithara is a Single-varietal extra virgin olive oil produced exclusively from Koroneiki olives grown in Plati, Messinia. Cold extracted and carefully bottled, it is distinguished by its balanced profile, fruity aromas, pleasant bitterness, and peppery finish.
With a strong focus on quality at every stage from cultivation and harvesting to bottling Lithara is an authentic expression of its origin and the gastronomic heritage of Messinia.

From the first tasting at the olive mill to the final packaged product, our goal is to preserve the freshness, purity, and distinctive aroma of the fruit.

Single-varietal Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Carefully selected from Koroneiki olives, this olive oil is produced through cold extraction and bottled under the strictest quality standards. Its Single-varietal identity ensures consistent flavor and unique aromas, blending fruity notes with a pleasant bitterness and a spicy finish.
